1) What's the process of getting a website developed with your company?

Once you contact us we can meet / or talk over the phone and come to an agreement on how to go about delivering the solution which best suits your company.

2)How much does the service cost?

As a freelance company we have the advantage of giving you a better rate than corporate companies. The final cost of the website depends on many factors. It is difficult to give an offhand estimate of the website without knowing the detailed requirements of the project. The final cost of the website is dependent on many elements such as the strategic planning and development involved. We will be able to give you the definitive cost involved after you have given me a detail of your requirements.

3) How long will it take to complete my Project?

That again, is dependent on my factors. There is a lot to be done and there are so many ways of doing it.

It may take as short as a day or as long as two months to finish a project, depending on your needs, the size of your website, the complexity of your site design and my priorities at the given time.

We will be able to give you a rough idea of the time involved once all the other details have been sorted out. Even though unforeseen delays due to vacation, priority shifts, delay in receiving text or images from the client and changes in scope are part of the process, every effort will be made to see that your work does not suffer unduly because of them.

4) Will the fact that you will be working from a distance have any impact on the work?

We personally feel with the amount of communication that is available these days we could be on the other side of the world and we could still communicate effectively. We have Skype access/ Msn Messenger/ and also webcam setup to allow us to communicate effectively. Also access to a number of emails so that we can exchange information.We keep our clients abreast of  all the processes involved in the development of the website from the start to the finish. 5) I have an existing website but I am not satisfied with it? Can you help?

Almost every business has a website now, but unfortunately most of them are not satisfied with their website's. Things have really changed in the last few years and everyone now wants a contemporary website that brings in traffic.

We will have a look at your old website and see what we can salvage from the old website and what we can add to it to give it a completely new fresh and up to date feel and look.

6) Do you require a deposit?

We charge 50% deposit from customers, and the rest after the entire process is completed.

We work on a trust basis and this is what builds relationships.
